Using ListingSight

You may use ListingSight only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any listing content you publish complies with real estate advertising laws, platform rules, and agency obligations.

Accounts and Trials

Free trials are offered so agents and agencies can evaluate ListingSight before paying. Trial availability, limits, and duration may vary and may be changed or withdrawn where misuse is suspected.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity under your account.

Uploaded Content

• You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload property photos, listing details, and related materials.
• You grant ListingSight the permission needed to process your uploads and generate requested outputs.
• You must not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential, infringing, or harmful content.

AI-Generated Outputs

ListingSight uses AI to generate staged images and listing copy. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or unsuitable details. You must review and approve all outputs before publishing or relying on them.

We do not guarantee that generated content will satisfy every portal, agency, legal, or vendor requirement.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Pricing may include pay-as-you-go listing purchases and monthly plans. A credit card is required to start a trial. The default trial period is 14 days, and discount codes may extend the free period where offered.

Monthly plans may be cancelled inside the app at any time before the next billing date, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Fees are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, payment processor fees, or other charges may apply.

Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to create deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.

Service Availability

We aim to keep ListingSight reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider outages, or issues outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingSight is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost sales, reputational harm, portal rejection, or decisions made from AI-generated outputs.
