Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for ListingSight trials, pay-as-you-go listings, discount codes, and monthly plans.
Trial Periods
A credit card is required to start a ListingSight trial. By default, the first 14 days are free.
Some discount codes may provide a longer free trial or promotional period. The free period shown at checkout or inside your account is the free period that applies to your subscription.
If you cancel inside the app before your free period ends, you will not be charged for the subscription.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied before checkout or before the relevant subscription starts. We cannot guarantee retroactive discounts after a charge has been processed.
Discount codes may have limits, expiry dates, plan restrictions, or usage conditions. Unless stated otherwise, a discount code changes the trial or billing terms only for the period shown when the code is applied.
Pay-As-You-Go Listings
Pay-as-you-go listing purchases cover AI virtual staging, listing description generation, and download-ready outputs for a specific listing.
If we cannot deliver the purchased listing service due to an issue within our control, you may request a refund or replacement credit.
Monthly Plans
Monthly plans may be cancelled inside the app at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period once service access has been provided.
If you do not cancel before the trial or promotional free period ends, your card will be charged according to the selected plan.
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide remedies for services that fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
When Refunds May Not Be Available
- You changed your mind after outputs were generated or service access was provided.
- You uploaded low-quality, incorrect, unauthorised, or unsuitable source material.
- You did not review generated content before publishing.
- You forgot to cancel before the end of the trial or promotional free period.
- You forgot to apply a discount code before checkout.
- A third-party portal, vendor, landlord, or agency rejects content for reasons outside ListingSight's control.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of the relevant charge or delivery issue. Include your name, agency, contact details, listing reference, and the reason for the request.
We will review requests reasonably and respond with the available remedy, which may include a refund, replacement output, or account credit.
